Shipping Coverage
At Tesstudio, we are pleased to offer international shipping to most countries around the world including but not limited to: USA, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, Belgium, Denmark, Greece, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Turkey, Australia, Malaysia, South Korea, Japan. This coverage extends to the majority of developed and developing countries across Asia, Oceania, North America, South America, and other regions. Order Processing Time
Our commitment is to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Please note that during major holidays, processing times may be extended accordingly.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Free for most products. Additional fees apply for oversized items (e.g., items over 20KGs) ranging from $100 to $400. Additional fees for special areas range from $100 to $150. Specific shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.
- Shipping Time: 5-7 business days (Depends on product and inventory).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via email or SMS (based on your preference) containing the tracking number. You can track your order by:

Return Policy
Inspect your package upon arrival. If you find any damages, do not sign for or open the package. Contact Tesstudio Customer Service immediately in such cases. Once the package is signed for, it will be considered as an acknowledgment of the product’s condition. We highly recommend recording a comprehensive unboxing video and checking items against the packing list. If you discover any damages or missing items, please contact Tesstudio Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
Exception Handling
Tesstudio is not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to:
- Actions of the recipient, including but not limited to changing the address after dispatch, providing incorrect or unknown addresses, refusal to accept delivery, etc.
- Customs clearance delays, with the responsibility resting on the customer in such cases.
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government actions, war, transportation system regulations or disruptions, etc.
- Deliveries not being made on weekends, national holidays, or during holiday periods.
Tax Rates and Charges
